Job Summary
Under the direction of the Watson Lake Office, this individual will aid in the daily operations of the business by performing a variety of labour tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Site Maintenance
- Restocking admin supplies
- Garbage and snow removal
- Assist skilled tradespersons such as carpenters, plumbers and mechanics
- Extinguisher checks
- Cleaning of service stations
- Weed clearing from all buildings and service stations
- May perform other activities, such as filling warehouse orders, assisting in taking inventory and weighing and checking materials.
- Other duties as assigned

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Safely operate Company vehicles.
• Pick-up and deliver products as scheduled and complete delivery/meter tickets as required.
• Assist in keeping vehicles in good working condition.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Keep truck and pumps in clean and orderly condition.
• Other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledgeable of how to use software programs and other general office equipment
• Professional, courteous and the ability to communicate with customers.
• Able to work well with others and perform a variety of duties.
• Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a current class 1 or 3 Driver’s license and have a good driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must be willing to work some overtime during weekends and be available for call-outs after hours on a rotating basis
• Air Brake Endorsement is required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs – 75 pounds routinely, and repeatedly carry fuel hoses across rough, uneven terrain.
- Have the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and participate in highly active physical duties.
- Requires walking on varying surfaces, including hazardous and slippery conditions throughout the day.

Job Summary
The Controller will oversee the daily operations of the Company’s accounts through account design, implementation, maintenance and management. This position will oversee the daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation of all business accounts and manage a small team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Collate information and compile monthly reports for Upper Management and Stake holders
• Review Bank Transfers and submit bank report monthly
• Complete all monthly Taxes – YTG, Excise, Carbon & GST
• Complete all quarterly Taxes – YTG, Carbon and IFTA
• Responsible for year-end prep being completed in a timely manner
• Responsible for Audit prep being completed in a timely manner
• Review and reconcile asset accounts monthly
• Summarizing and reconciling accounts for completion of an annual assurance engagement
• Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store and analyze information.
• Review and completion of data entry to ensure North 60 is operating under ASPE for financial statement presentation
• Check numbers, postings and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper allocations.
• Contribute to improved decision making and drive operational improvement by
identifying trends and conducting financial analyses across all activities.
• Manage the administration team of six to ensure that daily, weekly and monthly tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Work with General Manager to create and adhere to common practices and
standardization to develop best practices.
• Review monthly reports for inventory at all stations, bulk plants and satellite offices
Relationships:
This position works with all departments including office, Highways divisions and satellite offices. Must be able to work independently or with a team. This position also requires a relationship with corporate head office in Anchorage, Alaska and to work with the CFO in Anchorage.
Problem Solving:
This position requires a lot of independent management and problem solving. The individual will from time to time face complex problems demanding solutions that will need to be creative.

Position Summary:
The Parts Technician is responsible for sourcing, receiving, storing and issuing parts for a multitude of vehicles and equipment. This role supports Transport Technicians and Mechanics by ensuring the availability and accuracy of required parts, maintaining inventory and providing written communication to drivers when necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for the equipment being worked on.
Receive, inspect and log incoming shipments of parts
Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
Process parts orders, returns, warranties and core exchanges in accordance with vendor policies and procedures.
Research availability, lead times and pricing for OEM and aftermarket parts.
Create and manage invoices and inventory documentation using our internal software.
Create and update work orders as required.
Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary to ensure availability of fast-moving or critical components.
Create and maintain a fleet maintenance schedule
Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment in the parts warehouse.
Staying current with product updates, technical bulletins and manufacturer changes.
Attend and participate in safety meetings.
Employment Requirements:
The successful applicant must possess a Red Seal Certificate as a Parts Technician or an equivalent certification.
Must have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
Desired Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to navigate conversations with vendors, drivers and other technicians.
Experience working on ordering parts for highway commercial vehicles
Ability to work in a team environment.
Comfortable using computer software to track inventory, work orders and parts needed on upcoming jobs.
Knowledge of how to create inventory controls would also be an asset.
