- New customer site visits, check tank, delivery concerns, note for customer file and notes for drivers
- Create and maintain on-call driver schedules and communicate to operations team
- Verify completed transactions and liaise with accounting department to ensure paperwork is accurate and complete
- A valid Class 5 driver’s Licence
- Carry a company cell phone and have on-call availability every other week.

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the administrative direction of the Controller, this individual will aid in the daily operations of the business regarding customer invoicing, record keeping, banking and other duties as assigned by the Manager.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter and maintain sales data, invoices, account statements and other financial statements using manual and computerized systems
- Assist with invoicing and accounts payable
- Creating and Maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
- Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining good relationships
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
- Special assignments as directed.
- Basic knowledge of applying financial/accounting processes and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and able to meet deadlines, manage time efficiently. Detail oriented, strong analytical skills, high degree of accuracy.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- The Chilkoot Station Supervisor will be responsible for leading by example and providing excellent customer service to all our customers.

• Safely operate Company vehicles.

Position Summary:
The Parts Technician is responsible for sourcing, receiving, storing and issuing parts for a multitude of vehicles and equipment. This role supports Transport Technicians and Mechanics by ensuring the availability and accuracy of required parts, maintaining inventory and providing written communication to drivers when necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist technicians in identifying and sourcing the correct parts for the equipment being worked on.
Receive, inspect and log incoming shipments of parts
Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct regular stock counts and audits.
Process parts orders, returns, warranties and core exchanges in accordance with vendor policies and procedures.
Research availability, lead times and pricing for OEM and aftermarket parts.
Create and manage invoices and inventory documentation using our internal software.
Create and update work orders as required.
Monitor stock levels and reorder as necessary to ensure availability of fast-moving or critical components.
Create and maintain a fleet maintenance schedule
Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment in the parts warehouse.
Staying current with product updates, technical bulletins and manufacturer changes.
